  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products
  • Fragrances, cleaning products, and consumable liquids

3. When Can You Request a Return?

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The product does not match the description
  • You received a used or already opened item

4. Return Terms & Conditions

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Invoice is required for verification
  • Visible defects must be reported within 48 hours

  • Invoice and original packaging images

6. Refund Process

  • Product will be collected within 5 business days
  • Item will be inspected for eligibility
  • Refund issued to your IBAN bank account within 5 business days
  • We cover shipping if it's our fault; otherwise, customer pays

7. Products Under Repair

We partner with certified centers like Dozan for repairs. If repair is not possible, you may request a replacement or refund.
