Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

2. Non-Returnable Products
- Personal care devices (e.g. hair dryers, shavers)
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products
- Fragrances, cleaning products, and consumable liquids
3. When Can You Request a Return?
- The item is damaged or defective
- The product does not match the description
- You received a used or already opened item
4. Return Terms & Conditions
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Invoice is required for verification
- Visible defects must be reported within 48 hours

- Clear product photos from multiple angles
- Invoice and original packaging images
- Brief description of the issue
We will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the process.
6. Refund Process
- Product will be collected within 5 business days
- Item will be inspected for eligibility
- Refund issued to your IBAN bank account within 5 business days
- We cover shipping if it's our fault; otherwise, customer pays
7. Products Under Repair
We partner with certified centers like Dozan for repairs. If repair is not possible, you may request a replacement or refund.
